The Nineteenth Annual ASMEA Conference will take place on November 7 - 9, 2026 in Washington, D.C. at the Washington Georgetown Marriott Hotel. 

Opening remarks will be delivered by H.E. Shaikh Abdulla Bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States. The Keynote Presentation will be delivered by H.E. Dr. Barham Salih, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Special remarks will be delivered by H.E. Bashir Goth, Somaliland Representative to the United States, on "Somaliand: The Overlooked Critical Component in The Red Sea Geopolitical Jigsaw."

Dr. Omar Mohammed will discuss his book Mosul Eye: A Scholar’s Clandestine War Against ISIS at the conference.
